Paint Correction Process

Paintwork on your car can be damaged by scratches, swirl marks, and stains. But don’t worry, our paint correction services can help! We offer everything from scratch removal to multi-stage polishing. We will match the best stage for painting discrepancy and restore the car’s glorious shine. Check out our steps below to see how we give your car the “pop & shine” look!
Step 1: Prep
  • Clean Wheels and Tires
  • Decontamination Wash
  • Use a degreaser soap
  • Use a pressure washer foam cannon or by hand
  • Removes old wax, sealants, and road grime
  • Clay & Iron Removal
  • Use detailing clay or synthetic items like a clay mitt
  • Use iron removal to get iron impediments out of paint and wheels
  • Use a paint prep product to remove residue from claying
Step 2: Paint Correction
  • Compound Phase – Inspect paint for level of imperfections
  • Select compound and pad based on condition of paint
  • Use the paint prep product to remove compound oils before polishing
  • Compounding removes imperfection in the paint
Step 3: Polish
  • Continues the shine process before coating
Step 4: Sealant or Ceramic Coating
  • Use a Sealant to cover and protect the compound/polish work
  • Sealant provides a slick, hard cover that last approximately 2-3 years when properly washed
  • Sealant will prevent grime from penetrating paint and will make restoration washing easier while returning the vehicle to its high shine (pop back)
  • Ceramic coating has the same principals but will last 3-5 plus years
Step 5: Protective Topper
  • Protects the Sealant and/or Ceramic Coating process while adding immediate “Pop & Shine” after completion of the process or after a restoration wash
